Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to hear about the inconvenience, regarding the Cart layout messed up it is mostly related to a third party Plugin conflict, usually the Elementor Pro one. So, if you are using Pro on your Site then once try deactivating that and then check back the concern again. If it gets resolved then it means that the Pro plugin is causing the conflict and you need to contact the respective Pro plugin Support in this regard, they will guide you through as according to the Envato Policy we don’t provide Support for the third party Plugin issues. You will need to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard.
If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
Best Regards

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Actually, the issue of the Cart layout was happening due to the Elementor Pro on your Site as we mentioned but as you have SiteGround Optimizer plugin active too so which is why due to the Cache concern it wasn’t showed you the correct view of the Cart still after deactivating the Pro plugin. So, we deactivated both these Plugins and then viewed your Site without Logged In and the Cart appears fine: https://snipboard.io/5RPNbj.jpg
Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.
Best Regards

dennishhParticipanthello thanks for checking
so if I understand correctly I shouldn’t use the plugin Elementor pro so which one does WPBakery Page Builder work well with your theme thenJanuary 26, 2023 at 2:28 pm #438021
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
No, we didn’t mean that you don’t use the Elementor Pro plugin on your Site. It does work well with the Theme. It’s just that this specific mentioned concern on your Site is happening with the Elementor Pro plugin. So, there might be some issue at the Pro plugin settings level for which you need to contact the Pro plugin support and they might help you out in resolving this concern and then you can use the Pro plugin on your Site.
Hope we have cleared your doubt now !
Best Regards.
