    Hi there

I just placed a button on my homepage where I’m asking guests to register on our shop. Is there any way to trigger the modal window (slide in similar to the basket modal) for the login/registration form?

Can you help me to understand if I need to add/trigger it via CSS or JS?

    Many thanks

    Hello,

You can try out the Button with Popup style on your Site. Here is the example defined of it: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/button-with-popup/

You can use the Theme’s Popup element and in that you can select the HTML Block that you want to show the content and in that HTML Block you can add any sort of Form which you present and it might work out for you. Here is a brief Video for your ease in this regard: https://www.veed.io/view/43e29df7-46c4-454f-a5a5-6831b267cec7

    Hi there,

Many thanks for your swift reply.

I played around and was able to trigger a pop-up (also with a custom HTML Block). But so far I didn’t managed to trigger this “Modal Window” from a button: https://www.screencast.com/t/Ksr14fokaU

May you kindly help me a little bit how to trigger this “slide in window” from a button? 🙂

    Best regards

    Hello,

Sorry to say but we have confirmed from the Test Site, right now there isn’t a Login/Register Popup possible for the button that is only available for the Account element in the Header.

For this Button, you can only select the HTML Block to show as Popup like we mentioned you earlier but Login popup wouldn’t be possible to show separately like this. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

    Best Regards
