venus theme, issue when installing meta box plugin

    hello,
    i did buy and install “venus” theme

    now i want to install “meta box” from (metabox.io)
    when i install and activate the plugin, it dose not show up !!

    i wonder if this is because you use it in building the template and decide to hide it from regular users for ease of use? or it is something else?

    please advise , is there away to show the plug in

    any advise ? my question is: dose the template disable some plugins from showing (like meta box)?
    and if so is there a way to show the plug in back ?
    i need to make new post type on the site, i don’t want to install another plugin do the same job as meta box.
    please advise

    thank you for your reply

    please find it in the Extra information

    after you login , if you see my plugin list, “meta box” it is installed and activated. but i can find it in the admin menu

    please share with me how you will solve it as this is a staging environment

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

    I have checked the issue with the default theme and there is the same issue, the “Metabox” link is disabled in the admin panel (please check the below video).

    In case, if the issue persists on the default theme, it’s not our theme’s issue because on the default the same problem is. Please let me know if I missed something.

    Hi luke,

    it seems the menu dose not appears unless i install meta box additional extensions
    this is a meta box problem
