The Addresses tab under My Account is not visible on both locations, please check the attached screenshot for your reference.

Hello,

So, we have checked this concern on your Site with the default WP Theme like Twenty Twenty Three and Storefront activated and the Edit Address isn’t showing with them too on your Site: https://snipboard.io/Y7PdyH.jpg

So, this is a specific issue happening on your Site. Kindly, please contact WooCommerce Support in this regard they can guide you through this.
