Menu Categories, how can change the categorie?

The categorie don’t change, I don’t find any to change. Please check the attached file.

Sorry to say but that area isn’t editable under the Menu Item settings.
All the categories are edited under the Dashboard > Products > Categories.

So, How can I add a new product category in this menu ?

You can navigate to the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > there edit the respective Menu that you want to add > under the Add menu items area, you will find the Product categories > under that you can select the categories that you want to add: https://snipboard.io/qrxZbp.jpg
