You have created HTML block with Elementor. You need to set 100% or 50% width for every column on mobile devices: https://elementor.com/help/mobile-editing/

For now, please follow these steps:

1. Edit the HTML block as shown: https://gyazo.com/d68d6ae276663aa073f09ee1157b4693
2. Enter the Advanced tab of every column, by clicky the column https://gyazo.com/1e6e36d31f16921c225bf51a5377f446
3. Switch to the device where you want to set the width: https://gyazo.com/25e05cd224c92053b8e750a7b5a31982 for tab: https://gyazo.com/60e14a271139e851942ff6d2bd7acad7

Set the width as per your needs.
