Banner carousel issue

    Hello,
    We are having an issue with banner carousel on mobile side, but only on IOS.
    We have tested with lambdatest, but also on a Iphone.
    I have attached a photo from elementor and with the issue.
    Can you please check?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all plugins except these ones:

    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

    After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    I might think there is a bug on safari and also the pictures are not correctly shown.
    Please check the video bellow.

    Hello,

    You have enabled the “Container Flexbox” feature in Elementor -> Settings -> Experimente.

    This feature is experimental so in some cases, it can have the wrong work. In order to fix that now, you need to set the “Vertical” aligning for the “Container”.
