Can’t make any changes with custom CSS for mobile

Example number one:
.woocommerce-tabs.wd-accordion .wd-accordion-title {
display: none !important;
}
Example number two:
#ship-to-different-address {
display: none !important;
}
Both codes work on desktop, but not on mobile. For mobile no customs css codes working, I can’t change colors, nothing. What I do wrong? All my custom codes are under Theme settings > Global custom CSS.
