    Hello,
    My client has 2 Instagram accounts, 1 personal and 1 professional. When I am following the guide to connect the Instagram API it connects with the Facebook account, which is connected to the personal Instagram account. The professional Instagram account is connected with a Facebook page. So, when I am connecting the API it takes the data from the personal. How can I do it to take the data from the professional?

    Hello,

    Try to temporarily disconnect your personal account temporarily. Also, send us screenshots of all steps you took according to the documentation guide.

    There is now way that the personal can be disconnected according to my client. I am following exactly the guide and it never gives me the option to choose the Instagram account.

    Alternative question: You also have the option to manually add the images on page builder, not scraping, not ajax, not API, can I also add videos with that option? Because the Instagram account has also lot of videos.

    Videos are not supported either via API or via manual upload.
