Problem with custom layout

    Hi, we made a custom layout for the category “pellicce”

    Everything works fine, but if I go to the second page, the page flips up and the layout changes (the grid is no longer full screen).

    Sorry to say but as far as we have visited your Site and checked 1st and 2nd both pages, the Layout seems to be appearing the same: https://snipboard.io/rKvxhi.jpg

    So, we can’t seem to find any issues with it on your Site. Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

    In reality, even in your example the layout changes, I have uploaded your photo with the evidence.
    Probably the smaller resolution of your monitor didn’t make the problem look good.

    Hello,

    The Screenshot that we sent you was an effort to adjust two screenshots in a single image which is why it seems to look like that but originally on the Site preview they seem to be appearing fine.

    Hello,

    Yes, sure you can check yourself first and then mention us afterward if you find something at the Theme end which is causing the conflict in this regard so that we can look further into it.

    Hello, we can no longer simulate the layout problem, we will continue to investigate.

    However, the effect remains that by clicking on the next page of the grid, the site scrolls up. Is it possible to scroll on the first lines of the grid?

    Hello,

    Under the Theme Settings > Product archive > you can find the Scroll to top after AJAX toggle option in this regard > which you can enable or disable accordingly to your choice: https://snipboard.io/EbUYIw.jpg

    Further, this option is specifically available for the Single Product page variant selection too. For that you can navigate to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Variable Products > there you can find the Scroll to top on variation select [desktop] and Scroll to top on variation select [mobile] > you can enable or disable them accordingly: https://snipboard.io/2CoeKa.jpg

    Hi, thanks for the info.
    Unfortunately both features are not good for us.
    If you deactivate it going to the last page (where the number of lines is less) you are in the footer

    activating it, the site goes to the top of the page, but as the header is very high, the user no longer sees the grid.
    The correct function for us would be to lead to the beginning of the grid, or to an anchor on the page.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconvenience but we have confirmed from the Test Site, if the Scroll to Top AJAX is enabled it is redirecting to the top area of the page close to where the 1st row of Products is present. You can check for yourself too on our Test Site: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/shop/

    On your Site, maybe due to a different and big enough page title design this issue might be occurring, as we are assuming after seeing it. As there isn’t a separate option available to adjust this right now so unfortunately we can’t suggest any other way in this regard. You can enable or disable this option right now.

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience at this point of time and thanks for sharing the Feature Request with us. Upon your request, we are forwarding this to our development department for consideration to add it in the Theme, but we are not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a Theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may cause Theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own Customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the Theme environment then surely they will look through it. Thanks for your understanding & cooperation in this regard.
