No DropDown-Settings on menue in other language

Dear support team, I need urgent help.
I am officially using a wpml translation plugin and I notice that in other languages an important setting area is missing in the menu configuration (see picture below). On my screenshot you will see on the right side default language with full settings and left after switching to english. No DropDown Settings area visible!
So I can’t configure a HTML block as a drop down and i can’t using my page as i need.

Have you synchronized the translation in WPML?
You need to translate all the menu items and then synchronize.

I have come a bit further myself. I have noticed that the settings are not “always” loaded due to errors in the code. If I refresh the page several times, the errors do not appear in debug mode and the settings are there.
Is it possible to fix this permanently?
