You can add any content to the HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

Then insert the HTML block in the area after Add to cart button. You can find this option in the Theme Settings > Single product > Add to cart. You will find the field After “Add to cart button” and the option to select the HTML block you have created.
