AmyPotatoHouseParticipantHi
New version of theme updated today. Looks like lots of great new features.this picture at check out is a great feature – I used to have a snippet to do this.
I disabled the snippet, then changed the setting in the theme to enable this, but it doesn’t work. I saved options and cleared the cache.
the other options are working
Thank you

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builderThank you in advance

site is live and I can’t disable the plugins as it is our busy periodFebruary 22, 2023 at 3:08 pm #445397
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards

AmyPotatoHouseParticipantI have created a staging site and went through the plug ins.
The optimizer for site ground is the culprit.
This is incredibly time consuming, as things were all working fine, then you do an upgrade and then basic things like an optimizer don’t work.
Site ground was recommended by a panel on your site – not an advertisement.
this is not the first time there has been a clash – and it seems to occur after your updatesCan you do anything to resolve this?
I also have another thread live here – and the optimizer is the problem there as well

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
In this case, please, send us your admin access so we can switch this particular plugin on and off and check how it affects this functionality.
Kind Regards

AmyPotatoHouseParticipantI was in touch with the SiteGroud Optimizer
They have suggested that I don’t put lazy load on for Woo Commerce.
This has worked, the picture at check out now works
but then might mean that my site is slower which is a huge inconvenience.
We are in the middle of our hugely busy time just now and so can’t spend any more time on this.
Thank youFebruary 23, 2023 at 11:33 am #445648
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
You can use our theme’s lazy loading option. Find it in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Lazy load.
Kind Regards
