    Hello friends!

    Can we try to fix the review page in the mobile version?

    Unfortunately the stars and the progress bars are all badly visible.. (see attached video)

    I tried to fix them but as soon as I touch the various css parameters, it ruins the other elements positioned on the page itself and I don’t know how to do it..

    Can you help me fix everything right? it must be seen clearly, all aligned and ordered.

    Hello,

    It seems to be affected by some custom CSS code. Please, disable all external plugins and remove all the custom CSS you added temporarily.

    Thank you so much for your answer.

    I left you the credentials of the Staging Test site.

    Kindly if you can check carefully I would be grateful.

    You can safely disable all plugins.

    you can also clear the css for your tests yourself.

    I ask this because I have already tried to disable all plugins, but the problem remains.

    All that remains is to delete the CSS, but there are many lines and most of them are used for other modifications.

    I kindly ask you if you can better verify yourself in modifying the CSS relating only to that part indicated.

    Sorry, but this custom CSS is not a part of our theme, and fixing additional code customizations like this is out of our theme support scope. Please, remove it temporarily to verify if it affects this first.

    Ok I did as you said..

    I deleted all the content for the Global CSS and for the Mobile CSS..

    It actually seems to be back to normal now…

    But they can’t delete the code because there are changes that you also made me for other types of visualizations that we need..

    Please help me find the correct Code that only annoys that content.. You are much more expert than me in CSS, I only ask you to help me since I still use your theme and I have always been happy with you!

    It’s just a matter of identifying the content that annoys the review display and helping me edit it.

    I tried but believe me I can’t figure it out..

    I simply ask you to help me fix it.

    I’m sure you will help me.

    Sorry, but as we mentioned, fixing issue caused by 3rd-party codes is out of our theme support scope. Even if it seems to be very simple it is not and needs much time to understand the custom code.
