Issue with header (changes not showing properly)

Hi there, after making some changes to header it does not load propery on some pages, it has a transparent background. Also the WPML translated version in secondary language still keeps the previous header style, not the ones I changed.
I have cleared cache a couple of times and checked debug log but no idea what the problem is.

I’d be very grateful if you can have a look. Can you see the issue from your end?

I have visited your website and the header is working fine. https://ibb.co/DrGDnGR. Please clear the cache and try again. If the issue remains, Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Header Builder’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.
