    Hallo liebes Support Team,
    erst heute bemerke ich, dass das Scrwalen auf der mobilen Seite nicht geht.
    Wir haben die verschiedensten Plugins deaktiviert aber keine Änderung zu sehen.

    Könnt Ihr mir helfen?

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.2 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

    If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    We have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site and it seems to be an issue at WooCommerce end we suppose because we checked the concern on your Site with the default WordPress Theme too and the navigation arrows aren’t appearing with that too on your Site for the Related Products & Upsells.

    Could you please once try contacting the WooCommerce Support in this regard and see what they have to say about it.

    Dies schrieb woocommerce zu diesem Thema:
    Ich habe wp-rocket deaktiviert, aber keine Änderung. Cache gelöscht etc.
    In dem neuen Theme werden jetzt unter der Auflistung der Produkte auch noch Preisinformationen hinterlegt. Das ist auf dem Mobiltelefon nicht gerade schön.
    Im alten Theme ist alles wunderbar gelaufen. Accourdion lief ohne Probleme.

    I understand the upsells / related products are supposed to be a slider but that isn’t working.
    As I see, there are quite a few JavaScript errors in the browser console:

    I suspect JavaScript optimization done by WPRocket plugin is breaking the JavaScripts.

    You could temporarily disable WPRocket and see if the issue resolves.

    Please note that by default, products in related/upsells section in WooCommerce doesn’t slide – the sliding feature is likely added by your theme.

    Sorry for the inconvenience but as far as we have confirmed from the Test Site, the Slider for the Related & Upsells is working fine. Here is one of the Product from Test Site to check for you: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/product/new-simple-product-copy/

    So, there isn’t any issue at the Theme level as you can see from the above Product.

    Your earlier provided WP-ADMIN Login details aren’t working now. Could you please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    So sollte es sein. Dieser Slider /wurde nichts von uns verändert lief) bevor das neue Template installiert wurde.
    Die Navigationspinkte unterhalb wäre sehr schön, denn das funktionierte bei dem alten Slider / Carousel nicht.
    Datensicherung gemacht.

    Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy ( https://woocommerce.com/support-policy/ )), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.

    Meanwhile, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your *System Status Report* that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Das oben veröffentliche Schreiben kommt vom Woocommerce. Da steht genau drin, wo das Problem ist.
    Wann kann ich mit einer Lösung rechnen. Ich bin jetzt wieder bei Xtemos und nicht bei Wóocommerce. Da es ja keine Template Fehler gibt …. bei Woodmart. Langsam werde ich ein wenig ärgerlich. Man schiebt das Problem auf den Anderen. Mein Pagespeed kann ich wieder neu aufbauen.

    We have now further evaluated this concern and found out that you have selected certain Products under the Product edit area for the Related Products on the shared Product: https://snipboard.io/59sbCq.jpg, due to which the Theme Settings options aren’t taking effect on that because you have certain number of Products defined as Related on it.

    Your slider issue has been solved as well. Please check the site now after removing the browser cache.

    Zu den verwandten Produkten im Produktarbeitsbereich, wo kann ich die Anzahl der Produkte (Designbereich) festlegen?

    Zum Slider, vielen Dank für die Lösung und die damit verbundene Arbeit. Wie kann ich diesen Fehler auf meiner anderen Wenseite lösen. Oder brauchen Sie wieder den Zugang?

    Your issue is now resolved on the other Site too.

    You just need to make sure on your other Site that the Related Products should not be specifically selected under the Product Edit area, like we mentioned earlier in the following Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/59sbCq.jpg

    Because if the Related Products are specifically selected then the Navigation Arrows won’t show for the carousel.

    Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

We had mentioned to you that please remember to remove specific Products selected for Related Products under the Product Edit area. When we checked the Product edit area of your mentioned Product right now, there were specific Products selected for Related Products: https://snipboard.io/DY4Ff3.jpg

    To have the navigation arrows for the Related Products, you need to make sure that you haven’t defined any specific Related Products on the Product. When we removed those and then check back the Product, the navigation arrows were working fine: https://snipboard.io/gACODL.jpg
