column background in mobile view

The thing is, on the right Column where you have used the image it has been added on the Column background but you haven’t added any text or content under that Column which is why when you are viewing it Mobile view you aren’t able to see the Image.

If you want to have the Image added on the Column background then you need to add some content on that Column so that the area under that Column could take the space and show you the background image.

If you just want to show the Image without any content on the right Column, then remove the Image from the Column background and add the Image directly through the “Image or SVG” element of the Theme > and then select the respective Image accordingly > then you would easily able to see the Image for Mobile view.
