    I got closed off on my last ticket so I could not even respond. The guys was great and solved the issue but I also have an issue with single product layout. You can see in the admin I have created it but on desktop it shows well but on mobile it’s all skewed. I wanted to use this single product layout but I can’t due to the mobile responsive. Can you please check it also via elementor and see why this is occurring? Thanks. It’s not activated so please ensure you turn it back off after fixing the issue and then I will activate it afterwards once I add correct links etc…..

    Please the last guy Aizaz updated my plugin and updated the child theme and I have lost all settings now. I can’t believe it. Please do not do that again….. how do I get my settings back that he deleted by updating the theme? Why did he touch my child theme???? Without asking about all customizations done?

    I just checked and he decided to turn off child theme and use the normal theme please so not do this again

    Hello,

    We never update or do any actions on the site without permission or request.

    If you see something has changed, contact the host support, in most cases, the host makes automatic backups to restore your customization.

    The child theme never updated, it has no option for updating. In order to update the child theme, it is necessary to upload the theme folder via FTP. Aizaz does not have any FTP access. He could not update the child theme in any way.

    You have added a lot of items in the header: https://gyazo.com/fae081f41a2d2aa384da1e3447aca113 as the result there is not space enough. Please consider reducing the font size for mobile or enabling Header banner and inserting this information. You can find the option in the Theme Settings > General > Header banner.

    So you are saying because of the header the single product layout will not display correctly??? That is pointless to have options in the header to have if on the mobile you can’t use it as it ruins the single product layout. But I will remove all headers but menu and activate the single product layout and see if that helps the mobile version to show correctly. The layout now is not effected by the header? This layout came with the theme also.

    100% he updated the woodmart theme as he mentioned in his reply to other support ticket.
    And 100% he turned the child theme off and left the normal theme on. So yes he did not update the child theme but did turn it off and left it off I had to activate the child theme again for all setting to work.
