AJAX import error.

    I have disable all external plugins and run the import , but it still didn’rt work .

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    The import request can’t be complete because of the small timeout limit on your server. Here is a screenshot with the error https://gyazo.com/522134c4e40b1a1b5a5aa4866016cca6
    Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the limit at least to 180s.

    Hi I just rebuild the website due to the hosting problems
    but I didn’t deactivate the theme license
    Now I can’t use the license to activate the same website :((
    Is there any solution to solve this mistake ?

    I just check the activated domain but all of them are deactivated .
    Please help me to silve it
