    Hello,

Problem description: When I open a product-category page (e.g. https://houtt-shop.nl/product-category/overkappingen/plat-dak-overkappingen/douglas-overkapping-carpgarant/) this product category exists of 2 different things: multiple products (wooden sheds) with the name “Overkapping douglas …” and one sub-product-category named “Toebehoren CarpGarant douglas overkapping”. Now, when I click on the left side of the product-category menu on the product category “Douglas overkapping CarpGarantĀ®” (https://houtt-shop.nl/product-category/overkappingen/plat-dak-overkappingen/douglas-overkapping-carpgarant/) I will directly see the sub-category for the sheds add-ons which is good. However, on this main category page the products that should be only visible in the sub-category-page “Toebehoren CarpGarant douglas overkapping” is now also visible on the main category-page. And since the standard settings sets the product order on popularity these accessories are presented first and after a while you’ll find the sheds. See screenshot 1 to see what I mean.

Question: Is it possible to make the products within the sub-category-page only visible on the sub-category page and invisible when clicking on the main category-page? See screenshot 2 on how I want to show it (don’t mind the change of order by price, this way I can show you that I only want to see the sheds + the sub-category). I hope it is clear what I mean to ask. If any questions, please ask me and I will give more information.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

In addition, please check HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
