Cart Count Not Going To Zero After Completed Purchase

Just updated the theme to the latest version. After a completed sale, the cart icon still shows the number of items in the cart.
If you go to the checkout page again (either directly or by clicking the cart icon), it appears that the item is still in the cart, but when you go to remove it, it says “Your cart is empty”.
The link below is to our staging server, but it is the exact environment as the Live site, and it happens here as well.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Contact Form 7
Mailchimp for WordPress
Safe SVG
Slider Revolution
WooCommerce
WPBakery Page Builder
XTEMOS Post Types plugin
Switch to the parent theme and check the issue.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
