Go to Theme Settings >> Shop>> CATALOG MODE >> Disable Catalog mode. Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
If the issue remains Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem. Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
