I have installed Woodmart Theme and i want to use default single product page but i do not know how to disable TABS as shown on the screen shot.

As for the lines, it is possible to make them transparent, at the same time, this code would remove this line from all the products:

border-bottom: 1px solid transparent;

This code would not remove the gap which appears instead of tabs. It is not possible to remove this gap.
I would recommend you create a layout for the products where you want to remove the tab. I see some of the products have the description and as I understand you do not want to remove it. I am sorry for the confusion. I do hope this time it is clear.
To sum up: We can remove lines, but we cannot remove the gap with custom CSS for those products, where you want to remove the tabs. Thus I would recommend leaving all the products as they are, and creating the layout for the products where you want to delete the tabs.
