I have checked and we dont have that plugin installed. And also we have deactivated all plugins and imported the data too. But if you go on our website you can easily see that we get a fatal error because we chose the elementor to use as an editor. So if you can please sort our problem as we lost 2 days already without doing anything.

As you can see I have added our log in details. And also if you can share the problem and result with us too, we can be ready for the next time.
