i can’t customize my theme using local wordpress website aditor

    please help, i just bought this theme and i am trying to customize it first using the local WordPress website editor, i can do many things but i can’t also do several other things like, change color or save some changes, if i want to save it’s always taking me to the attached error page:, please help

    and I can’t make any edits in Basel Theme settings… any of the buttons are not clickable

    please help, i thought it’s because I’m using a local server, but I just installed the theme in a normal website and i can’t still make changes to my bazel theme settings and save…

    i will be redirected to the attached page each time i click on save and the changes will not been applied

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder
