    Good afternoon, I have updated the theme and I want to install prebuilt websites, but I am getting the error “AJAX import failed. Please try disabling all external plugins and run the import again. If this does not help, please contact our support center for further assistance.”

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    As we can see, you have some content on your website already. Importing our prebuilt website may affect your current website content and configuration. Are you sure you want us to run the import on your website?
    Also, keep all external plugins temporarily turned off.

    In this case, please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily.

    As we can see, most of the plugins are still turned on. Please, disable them now and we will check this issue asap.

    Please, update the WoodMart core plugin to the latest version via WoodMart -> Plugins and test how it works.
