enable the catalog module only for specific categories

    Could, through code or plugin or theme functionality, leave a specific category in catalog mode (disabling the purchase), making it impossible for the customer to purchase products from the specific category. I saw that within woodmart it has this functionality, but it applies to all products. Would there be any way to do this? Thanks! (example below in print)

    In the print below I tried to enable the catalog model for the specialized brand in particular to try to disable the purchase of that brand, but without any success when I enable the catalog mode, I clean the browsing cache, I can still make the purchase of products in that brand.

    Hello,

    You need to edit your “Brands” via Products -> Attributes and check the “Enable archives”, then clear the cache and recheck the issue.

    Hello,

    For now, it works for the specific brand page:

    As I right you understood, you want to hide that specific brand on the main Shop page, in such a way it will not work. In this case, will be better to use the “Virtual” functionality so that the product cannot be purchased.
