How can we get the demo layouts?

We want to make a site pretty much similar to the woodmart default demo site. So we wanted to work over the demo content.
We saw in themeforest that it includes:
25+ Beautiful demo layouts
10+ Prebuilt home pages

And also saw the youtube videos where demo contents were used. But couldnt find any after purchasing. If its something related to the installation proecess, please do let us know.

Hello,

You should be able to find the dummy content import section in WordPress Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Base import.

When i try to import, it gives me the following error
Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

We havent installed any extra plugins. But still doesnt work. Provided the admin acceess in private content
