We have cleared out the expired Transients from the Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings on your Site and then Regenerated the Tables and then checked back the mentioned Tools Category page, it was appearing fine by then: https://snipboard.io/b18kT0.jpg

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
