    My menu is not showing anymore what can I do

    Please Go to Woodmart >> Header Builder and add the main menu element to the header and then clear the cache and check back.

    Im going to try it. I also want to upload pre built wb and it tells me AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance. But I don’t know which one would be causing the error.

    Hi,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    I also have a drop down menu with items from the base theme. I don’t want it to show.

    Hi,

    You can edit the menu from Appearance >> Menus and remove the html blocks from the dropdown:

    Yes I did it but it is still showing random categories from the base theme.
