Theme Setting “General”

    Whenever I tried to save anything getting this error. Also, I saved the mobile logo but didn’t show on the mobile desktop version is working perfectly.

    I am trying to change/remove some content from the theme and then try to update with Elementor Pro shows this error. Server Error 403

    Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    I’ve already entered the login and password. I didn’t accomplish much. Just installed and trying to change and getting an error at the start, could you please check and assist me on how to fix this? Thank you, the login is already attached.

    I just wanted to let you know that I did the logo setting and learned how to fix it, but the main issue remains the “General Theme Setting.” This error appears whenever I attempt to save or change anything.

    the theme has an error, whenever I make changes and save, the theme shows this error message,
    Can you reach the theme support, and explain this?

    products are not correct
    product names are not related to their images.
    Files Attached from developers. I am waiting more than 24 hours and no one has responded and fixed my error yet.

    How long do I have to wait? I’ve already shared my information, but no one has responded. I’m having the problem, and the developer team is just waiting because it’s a theme error, not a normal error that needs to be fixed by your support team. Could you please check and complete this as soon as possible so that I can notify the developer to begin work?

    Hello,

    Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Settings “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.
