Access to this resource on the server is denied!Whenever I tried to save anything getting this error. Also, I saved the mobile logo but didn’t show on the mobile desktop version is working perfectly.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

xinggepoerParticipantI just wanted to let you know that I did the logo setting and learned how to fix it, but the main issue remains the “General Theme Setting.” This error appears whenever I attempt to save or change anything.

I’m having the problem, and the developer team is just waiting because it’s a theme error, not a normal error that needs to be fixed by your support team. Try to disable
mod_security
on your server. It seems to block Theme Settings “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.Kind Regards
