    Hello dear team,

    I recently started using WP Rocket on my site and since then the recently viewed element is no longer showing. It only shows to logged-in users. If someone is not logged in, they do not see it.

    I have also tried getting this add-on https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/852-making-wp-rocket-work-with-woocommerce-recently-viewed-products-widget
    But it’s not working.

    I have built a layout for single product with the “Products (grid or carousel)” element and choose recently viewed data source.
    I also enabled AJAX on page load.

    Could you kindly look into this?

    I checked your WP Rocket guide and could not figure out what the problem is.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    I deactivated all plugins except theme related.

    My recently viewed products carousel unfortunately does not work.

    Note that we don’t see the recently viewed products now, and the WP Rocket is currently disabled. So this issue is not related to the WP Rocket plugin.

    “CDN cache” is cloudflare cache. I can’t disable this MU plugin but disabled CF cache via htaccess.

    “CMPLZ delay cookie” is an add-on plugin for my cookie management system complianz, and since complianz is deactivated, this plugin is currently not working.

    So as you requested all unrelated plugins are in fact disabled.

    For some reason recently viewed is not working.

    Please advise. Thanks a lot in advance.

    Hello,

    As we can see, the cookie that stores recently viewed products is missing on your website completely. So it must be affected by some cookie- or cache-related plugins/services on your website.

    I will have to investigate this further…

    Please can you tell me what is the difference between woocommerce_recently_viewed and woodmart_recently_viewed cookie? When I scan the site for cookies, I can only find woodmart_recently_viewed

    Hello,

    woocommerce_recently_viewed cookie is related to the WooCommerce widget for recently viewed products. And the woodmart_recently_viewed works for our theme’s widget.

    If I use your product carousel widget in my custom layout (not woocommerce widget) and set product source to recently viewed, which cookie is used – woodmart_recently_viewed?
    And you said that the cookie is missing from the website?

    Yes, our theme uses the woodmart_recently_viewed cookie in this case. And it seems to be missing on your website.

    Hi, I was able to fix the issue: the host whitelisted the woodmart woodmart_recently_viewed cookie in their custom cache settings and it works now! Thanks for your help.
