    Dear Xtemos!

    We use your nice WoodMart theme on client’s website: https://szelloztetes.eu/
    At the moment we can’t add or remove new menu itmes to the navigation. After saving it, it goes always into 404 error page.

    We want to modify our navigations please help to fix the issue.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    I have already did this on localhost but isn’t helped!
    Due this is an online webshop with real life customers i can’t do this for you as a sandbox…

    You must point your hosts into

    87.229.70.178 develabmg.hu

    C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/etc/hosts

    After success login go to and try to edit and save the menu:

    If it doesn’t work only for the last menu items then it is a problem with the PHP max input vars limit. It simply can’t process a large amount of data when you save the menu. Try to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this parameter. You can check its value in WooCommerce -> System status.

    No, i tried it already! It doesn’t help!
    Please help really… it is some problem with the theme… We can’t save the large menus!

    I just gave you 2 different method:
    – own admin on the stage server
    – all in one migrate backup…

    For example if i turn the theme into the default wordpress “Twenty Twenty-One” then the saving works well.
    If i switch back to WoodMart them, then it goes again into 404 Error.

    Plugins are turned off. Please help!

    Here is a content export. Please import it into a wordpress site and try save the menü called “Főmenü és kínálat kategóriák mobil” (with the active woodmart theme) … you will get an error.

    Please help fix the issue. We paid and we need support! Thanks in advice.

    Hello,

    It works with the default theme because it doesn’t have extra fields. Try to create a menu that has 4 times more menu items and test how it works with the default theme. You will see the same error.
    Probably, you didn’t increase the parameter correctly or it is limited by something else on your server. But the fact is that the request can be processed with large amount of data. You can check this yourself by saving a simple menu. It works without any problems.

    Please help me for real. Your answer does not resolve the issue, what the theme has!
    Previously this was done properly. Now after some theme and / or wordpress / woocommerce update it doesn’t work.

    Help me or refund the renewal support ammount!

    I will make a video if you don’t take my case seriously. Where you can see it is something wrong with the WoodMart theme. It is a nice theme, but now it has an issues by saving bigger menus…

    They are not that big, you should be able to save them.

    We don’t need the extra fields. We don’t use them. Please help me a hook into the functions, how we can deactivate / turn off the extra fields… after that we can save the menu well!

    To remove these extra fields, try to edit the file woodmart/inc/modules/nav-menu-images/nav-menu-images.php and remove the following line

    add_action( 'init', array( $this, 'init' ) );

    Hi,

    i just made for you a 2 minutes movie, where you can see the theme has an issue!

    We have improved all PHP and SERVER settings! But the WoodMart theme can’t save bigger menus, however the default wordpress theme can. Please help to fix or refund the support renewal price ASAP!
