Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings or Widgets available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

Although, there is a Theme widget “WOODMART WooCommerce Sort by” available > in that widget there is a Filter value available related to Newness: https://snipboard.io/6T3Fqo.jpg
