Icons in header informafion box are not show

I was install a new theme with default contenet and two icons from header information box are not show. I was try another svg ivon and alsto wont show.

It seems that the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I was disable all plugins and no changes.
