Unable to view the SVG File of home page on MacBook Air properly

    Hi. I’m unable to view the part of my website on the Macbook Properly whereas I can see it properly on Windows.!!

    Please review the error as soon as possible

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Hii, I’m Unable to see the selected area in the MacBook Air whereas I can see it Properly on Windows!

    Please review the Glitch ASAP!

    Hii I’ve disabled the plugins and Only have the necessary ones now. Still facing the same glitch on MacBook.
    I’m sharing the Admin Credentials below please don’t disable any plugins further!

    Hi this must be some sort of glitch going on .
    But the same image is not at all visible on the phone please look over. I’m also attaching a screenshot of the same while on the mobile below:-

    Hello,

    As we can see, the column that contains this image is set to be hidden on mobile devices. You need to find this column in the WPBakery page builder and make sure that it is not hidden for mobile devices.

    On your screenshot, you edit the image element, not the column. You need to edit the column that contains this element and check its responsive settings.
