    Hi,

    I have visited your website and place an order it is working fine: screenshot for clarification:

    But the order page is WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
    Could you please check the functionality with some default WordPress theme to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    but you can see on your screenshot that the table for the order info is missing

    Hi,

    Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Because the Orders is the woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
