Product Images and Attributes not displaying

Hey Team,
We have a few products where the product images and attributes are not displaying.
Only the Title and Prize are showing (see example attached).
The interesting thing. Loads of products are completely normal. Loads are just showing title and price.
We deactivated all plugins, but that didn’t help. When we switched the theme, the product images and infos displayd correctly. So must me something within the theme.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Done, just Maintenance Mode Plugin active
We have switched to the parent theme and it seems to be correct now. Could you please test it from your end?

Isn’t this an issue now with updates? im fine to leave it for now on parent theme! thanks for your help
By default, the child theme doesn’t contain any custom code that may affect this. Probably, you placed some custom functions there that contain errors so you need to either remove your code or fix it.
