How to add html block to menu in mega electronics template

Hi, i have 2 questions
1.
In many woodmart templates when you go to edit the menu you can add html blocks to get a menu like here

I don’t see it in mega electronics. How to do it?
I can’t add html blocks. Can it be done somehow?
2. Can I copy the html blocks, e.g. from the woodmart jewelry template or the main template, and then upload it to Mega Electronics?
I do not know how to do this. In mega electronics, there is no possibility to add html blocks in the menu edition and in html block section there is no html block like in for exampe jewelery templates.
