Change dropdown menu in header font colors

How can I change the font colours in the dropdown menu shown in the image attached?
I have tried to change in the layout/header builder section but it doesn’t seem possible to do it from that location.

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.
