504 internal error & product not showing on cart

    Hi there, when I make updates to my menu from appearance, it takes 10 seconds for the changes to be made and it goes to 504 internal error page. How can I fix this?

    Also, when I add products to my cart and click on cart, the product does not show.

    Also, I have added icons next to the cateogories on my nav menu, some of them are showign icons and the last two are not showing. I have attached screenshot.

    Moreover, I have set the width to 270, but does not show the changes. only the first 6 categories are showing the changes.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hi there, I have deactivated the plugins and the problem still persists.

    I want to reiterate the problems I am facing:

    – When I go on wordpress > appearance > menu’s and I make changes to the menu and click save, it takes 10 seconds to load and re-direct to a page saying ‘504 gateway timeout’. This has been happening since 2 days ago.

    – Other issue is, I have 8-10 categories, the first 6-8 categories of the menu I have added height, width and image for the menu and they are appearing the last two categories, the icon shows but it is not showing correctly as the others, and the width is not set.

    – Lastly, when I add product to cart, the cart is not showing.

    I have included the details for admin.

    Just an update, the 504 timeout error is fixed. Now it is just the product not showing on cart. Can you assist with that?

    Hello,

    1. This problem occurs on the server as you have a lot of different menus and the server does not manage to process it. Please contact the host support and ask them to increase timeout and Post Max Size

    2. Use image has two options to choose the image: Dropdown background – image as the background for the drop-down.
    Menu item icon – icon aside from menu item.
    You have selected the background at the same time you do not have the drop-down which is why the image is not possible to select and set.

    3. This problem is caused by the recent Elementor Pro. Please downgrade and wait till they fix this bug.

    Hi there, thanks for your response. When I do downgrade, the shopping cart does not look the same as the one shown in woodmart demo’s. I have attached a screenshot for your reference:

    Secondly, how do I remove Home Mega-electronics from the store title as I do not want that displayed. Screenshot attached

    Hello, I am not sure why it is difficult to visit the website, it shouldn’t be. Can you just enter the website name only, it will redirect to the admin login page.

    Hello, apologies but I have more questions.

    1. How can I add ‘Message seller’ on the product page, my multi vendor plugin allows messaging.
    2. How does the filter work? I want to add filters for specific products categories. For example if I added a product and added their attributes, does it have to be pre-existing attributes? For the filters to show?

    Just to touch up on the top for question 1, I have set the menu to ‘Header menu Mega electronics’ on the header builder, but it is still giving me the message and the menu do not show.
