I’ve added the woodmart hierarchical navigation to the widget area on the shop page, but it doesn’t actually show up on the front end, and I don’t know what’s wrong with it, so could you please check it out for me? I’m having the same problem with the individual product pages!

2、The contact us page has a wrong footer layout, I don’t know what’s causing it, but the other pages are still fine. Please help me fix the error number and check if there are any bugs on other pages! 😁😁😁

    Hi,

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

Hey 😁! Can you help me test which plugin is buggy? I didn’t find the problem after I deactivated all the plugins except the one recommended by the theme, so maybe I’m not looking for the right way! At the moment my website is not officially online, you can help me test!
1, shop page, single product page of the sidebar store widget area can not display the widget I added!
2、The footer of the contact us page appears to have a disrupted layout, how do I fix it?
I can authorize you here to help me test the above two issues, I hope you can help me! Thanks.

    Hi,

    01. I have installed the classic widget plugin on your site and added the widget in the shop page widget area in Appearance> Widgets and it is showing on the shop page.

02.If a custom footer is created, you can access the footer by selecting the HTML block from the theme settings and going to Dashboard > HTML Blocks.
If you are using Elementor Pro then contact the Elementor pro in this regard. They will guide you better in this regard.

    Best Regards
