    The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.

    Please help, what can I do ?

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    You can use any random email for this account. Share the username and password using a Private content field here.

    Hello,

    It looks like some connectivity problem between your server and our API server. To investigate it further we need your SSH access. Please, provide us with information so we can check it deeper.

    I choose same hosting server as you did for this demo theme. its hostpro.ua
    Unfortunately I don’t know how to provide SSH access

    You can ask hosting provider support for help on this matter. We need SSH or at least FTP access.

    The license is verified and theme is activated successfully. Auto updates function is enabled.
