Woodmart with TM Extra Product Options

Hello,

I’ve one issue with compatibility with your theme and TM Extra Product Options plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619). Let me explain you what is not working properly… If you go to product (check private) and then if you try to upload something via Choose Your File and you add it on checkout you’ll see that this image path is added BUT BUT when you go through and make a purchase (product that I show you is free with “freeshipping” as shipping product discount) then this file will not be shown anywhere in email. By default, their support told me that this should be working and this plugin automatically includes their product inside of email. Why this is not working on this theme? Also, there are difference between visual look of this image on checkout inside of woodmart and default theme. Check this: http://epo.themecomplete.com/product/upload-test/

Can you help me with this?

Thank you so much for the video, now it is clear for us. Are we allowed to try to switch between themes and disabling external plugins while testing? Please, provide us your admin and FTP access to do this.

Sorry for the delay. We just investigated everything on your website and checked how the plugin works in general.

Here are some screenshots:

After this, we also installed this plugin on our development environment and here is how it works with our theme:

As you can see from all these screenshots, the plugin doesn’t work on your website only. But it is not our theme issue since it works in the same way with default one. Maybe you should contact plugins developers for help in this situation.

Write us in case we understand something wrong.

Yes I see this… That’s very strange because their support says that everything should work and they do the testing and says its working… Very strange but seems like you are right. Its not about theme for sure. It could be maybe that some plugin is blocking this from work… Do you know maybe what we should watch on? Somehow to make it work? Because if you check order file on site you saw that image attachment is there but its not in the order (just as your screenshot suggested).

It is a definitely a plugin problem. Or maybe it is caused by some of the other installed plugins. We tested everything and can’t understand why exactly it happens on your website since it works well for us.

I’ve contacted plugin support and they resolve the problem. It was due plugin error not theme. 🙂 Thanks for pointing me out on good direction.

Hello, may I ask you something… We are considering to change layout to boxed but problem on boxes version is that there are vertical borders that can be seen. My question is, is there any possible way to make this borders transparent or to change layout to boxed but that no border is seen?

Ok, can you see border on my attachment? https://prnt.sc/iv9vvv

If I put green background to be same color as background inside of boxed version (white), still this border will be seen. And what I would like is not to have this border seen BUT still want to keep border style because its much nicer than wide style. How to achieve that and remove border to be seen?

It is impossible to separate one menu item. You can use Header Builder to create separate button and place apart. Find here more details: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/
