I want to disable labels like out of stock or sale or something like that in my single product page.
How can I do this?

Please find the option to disable the stock in the Dashboard > Woocommerce > Products > Inventory.

How can I disable or dim or change the color of add to cart button and buy now button when a product is out of stock?
