Errors after importing theme

Earlier today, my team uploaded your theme and added the prebuilt websites as templates: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-watches/demo/watch/
However, our store suddenly doesn’t look the same as the one in the template.

Please make sure you have installed and activate WoodMart Core plugin in the Appearance > Install plugins.
If it is not the reason, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

I cannot enter your site, when I enter the value I get the message: You failed to correctly answer the math problem. This is used to combat spam when Jetpack’s Brute Force Attack Protection API is unavailable. Please use your browser’s back button to return to the login form, press the “refresh” button to generate a new math problem, and try to log in again.
Please disable this plugin. I will check.

We deactivate it as you can see here in the link down in the private section, but still we have the same problem and the website have the issue as in the image
