I think is a false positive of WooCommerce 7.6.0 with Windows 10 antivirus. I have tested in 3 different computers.
If I try to install WooCommece 7.6.0 downloading the ZIP from WooCoomerce I have the same problem.

This problem prevented the installation of Woodmart in WordPress under Windows, fortunately updating the definitions of the Windows Antivirus solves it.
STEPS FOR UPDATING MICROSOFT DEFENDER:
Open cmd as Administrator
cd %ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender
MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures
MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate
