I deleted ready products and categories. I’m building a new website and I’m just getting started. I accidentally deleted all stock images categories products. I completely deleted and reinstalled the theme to bring it back but it didn’t work.

You will need to reinstall the site from scratch and upload the demo. If you mean you deleted all the newly your products, contact the host support, perhaps they make automatic backups of the site and they would help to restore.
