the template theme called WOODMART is not updating

Hi, I purchased a theme called WOODMART and installed it in a development environment (under the same domain name, of course. After I finished working in a development environment and building the new website, I asked my hosting company to update the template(theme) in the website’s domain in order to switch between the old website and the new website.

But I’m experiencing a problem that the theme Not updating, it goes to the original site (main domain) but does not update and does not show the new site Properly.

These are only parts. Please help me. I understand that everything comes from your servers and the information of the updated (new) site is stored with you. And I am afraid that the domain is not updated from the development environment to the main domain.

We tried to follow one of the guidelines of turning off the template from the work environment before activating it on the new site, etc. but it still didn’t work. The transition to the main domain.
