Error 503 + Connection lost issue !

Hi ..
I have a new problem that appeared on my website, which is that the website has become very slow, and error messages appear constantly, such as these messages when I edit more than one page on the website at the same time:

1- Error 503. Service Unavailable.
2 – Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.

I contacted the hosting company and they told me that the problem is not on their side.
Can you help me to solve this problem?
Since I have not encountered this problem with any other themes before!!
